For much of my life, I measured success through achievement, recognition and the pursuit of the next goal. From the outside, it looked successful. Beneath it all was a question I had never stopped long enough to ask: “Who am I, beyond what I do”?
Who I Was
I built a national business, won awards, achieved milestones and spent years helping leaders, teams and organisations perform at their best. I wore busyness like armour and perfection like a mask.
